Coated and massaged with Texas Jack’s unique rub, this boneless beef brisket dish is smoked to perfection before slicing and flash-freezing so you can enjoy the tastes of summer barbecue all year round.

Ingredients: Beef brisket, Salt, Sugars (granulated sugar), Paprika, Black pepper, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Lemon pepper.

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large non-stick pan, add the contents of the beef brisket pouches, followed by 4 tbsp of water.
  2. Cook over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring gently with a spatula to separate the slices of meat. Be careful not to shred the brisket.
  3. Plate with your favourite side dish. Enjoy!
